  3. I have been admitted to university, so after 10 years of working full time I'm now working and studying. I'm happy, but also scared I can tell you :)

forgive me if I've missed it somewhere, but I just did a couple of searches and (unbelievably) couldn't fine a thread like this, so here it is . . . . Starting off with Grime, of course

  7. All good calls. I hadn't really thought about reapers. I also like "weird stuff" and would be curious with almost something that open. I'm not religious at all, but I think Jesus heads or Virgin Marys could be cool. I'd love to see the namakubi tattoos people. Hand tattoos (on hands, not of hands). Rose morphs. Eagles. Rock of ages. Mandalas / geometry

  9. That's fantastic. I started college when I was 32. I had been sober a little over a year, had 2 kids, and had to work almost full time while taking a full load of classes. I found that I was older than a lot of my Professors (and pretty much all of the instructors) but that was good and we had a lot of respect for each other. I was always expected to lead group projects though so watch out for that. Also, when you are done you will have your schooling AND that work experience which puts you farther ahead of the game when it comes to competing for jobs.

  10. I opted for the elephant style dragon mouth because I thought it looked powerful. I asked Horitomo the difference and he said that the elephant style mouth is just older and less preferred now. I could be wrong, we aren't the best with understanding each other.

  11. New addition to my "bird collection". Done by Pavla (Poppy Tattoo) during her guest spot in Prague. The photo is hers. Concerning the watercolor tattoos and their ability to hold, I can now compare the 2 year old tattoo with this new one because they are placed right next to each other. The older one still looks great and vivid. But I have very pale skin, and I almost never sunbathe.

  12. Juan Puente did this for me at Black Heart a while ago. Was going to take a healed shot but can't get the angle. It wraps quite a bit.

  13. I got my first tattoo about 5 years ago when my wife decided it was time for her to get a new tattoo after a long break. We decided to get matching tattoos of a terrible drawing I had done on a Mother's Day card of the two of us and our daughter all holding hands. Think of those stickers people put on their mini vans except drawn by someone who can't even print his own name legible most of the time. It is by far my worst tattoo and one of my favorites. I never thought that it would lead to all these other tattoos.

I was just reading this thread and realized that I don't think I've ever put a picture of my little snake on here. It is very different from the rest of what's on this thread, but I love how it sits on my arm. Ron Wells did it a year ago. Both tattoos I have from him feature a lot of solid black and are sort of stealth tribal. Sorry about the bathroom photo.

  17. I have a yoneyama snake in my leg as filler, he also did a hermit crab/skull on the side of my knee. Two of my favourite tattoos! I usually never post my own tattoos but Williams work needs showing off
