  2. Thanks guys! I'm really happy with it. Pedro's a really cool guy and somehow got into my head to design the perfect tat for me. I was lucky, about 2 weeks ago he said he had a cancellation, so that was time for me to swoop in and steal that slot. I'm lucky I live by a few great tattooists, my next is booked for October with Chris Collins at Frontier.

  6. So my first tattoo is on my right upper arm. Would it be better to add my second and third tattoos on the same arm, or would it be better to do them on my other (left) upper arm? Thanks

  8. I didn't decide yet for sure, but one of this two" https://www.facebook.com/Dzoni-PG-tattoo-176107492419101/ https://www.instagram.com/peditattoo/?hl=en First one is from my city, second isn't (8 hours driving to him), but i intend to visit that city anyway with friends, so he is also a option. I'm loking for black and gray tattoo, something in this style I will put it nn the upper back (near right shoulder blade). . I have idea for design, but will wait and see with artist advices.

  9. @sophistre - I clearly have not looked inside of a state-of-the-art gaming box lately. I thought you were building a 3D printer or something. Awesome. Can't wait to hear how it operates!!

  10. Elbow ditch was a surprisingly fast heal for me, only took 1,5 week for it to scab and peel (peal?) Anyway here is a video for the end result: https://www.instagram.com/p/BIsgSswgEFY/?taken-by=chrisvank

He avoids the cone as long as he doesn't lick or chew his wounds.

Up and around a bit now. After not moving for over 12 hours. He has eaten, drank, and peed.

  13. Home engineering = cool, real world applications, RUN from this. First and foremost, no gloves? Next, 808nm is not the proper wavelength, every commercial machine runs at 1064, and 2 others for harder colors, but 95% of tattoos can be removed at that wavelength. There is no talk of pulse control either and his depth gauge is a guess, at best. Further signs that the guy, while apparently smart enough to rig this up, does not fully understand what he's doing - he states in the first video "dude, I can see the ink changing colors" - which is false. The white you see is actually water vapor, from the laser exploding it within your skin. Lasers do not remove tattoos, they facilitate the body to dispose of the pigments. You wouldn't go to a kitchen magician for a tattoo, why go to one to have it removed?
