SO Many Fantastic pieces being posted!! Here is my latest (and second, lol) tattoo. It was done by Christian Buckingham at Revolt in Las Vegas last week. It's on the right side of my chest and took about 4hr. The idea was basically a war style triceratops and I asked for it to be tough looking.....the rest was left up to the artist and I couldn't be more stoked with the results! This picture is a quick cell phone pic from the day the piece was completed, maybe will upload another of the healed result in several weeks.

This April, Chad Koeplinger is embarking on a road trip to tattoo in every state. Who's excited about this?! Who's trying to get tattooed? I emailed him awhile ago and hope to snag an appointment in Portland. Check out Chad's Instagram for more info.

Honestly, my 2016 tattoo goal was to slow down and plan a little more. I'm by no means running out of room, just not in the best financial state to start going wild. This is just such a cool idea and an opportunity that may not come around again for quite some time (being tattooed by Chad on the road), so I said 'fuck it.' No idea what I want to get, but I'm sure he'll have some great drawings and I just want to be a part of it.

yep - excited as well - I emailed him yesterday - I'm trying to get in for a Maryland date (mid April) - preferred to go to Electric (NJ) or Smith (NY) but I think I will be away during that time frame (mid July) - but I dont mind taking the drive plus I wanted to get to Tattoo Paradise anyway as I have never been - already been to Smith and have spent many hours at Electric - hope you get in for your Portland date - I think its pretty amazing what he is doing sounds exhausting even for a guy that spends so much time on the road

Had a cool session with Eddy Deutsche and received this Goldfish, powered by a Kappa pilot. My input was: weird, eastern influence, and I threw out a bunch of classic imagery.

I received my dragon tattoo December 2014 and have not been happier with any tattoo that I have received. Yes the sanitation of the instruments were a bit iffy but I went there for one reason and nothing held me back. Will I go back? Yes. I'm hoping he is still tattooing when I get back. Tattoo royalty at its finest

Just had a new tattoo added to my right leg by Tammy Kim at The Okey Doke in Toronto. She is amazing.

So I was hanging out at my local shop going through Piotrs new book full of old woodblock prints and I saw in the corner of a Kuniyoshi diptych depicting Taira no Tomomori these little fish samurai dudes, I told him you don't see enough fighting fish, usually just rats and frogs carrying swords, and he sketched/painted this guy up for me. Here's what I've got so far. Not really sure what style to go with from here. Any suggestions? - - - Updated - - - The owl and the elephant are tattoos for my two sons... planning on having another kid or two and getting an animal tattoo for them as well. So I need to save a couple spots for those. Should I keep using filigree to frame stuff up, or something else? Just don't want to have too many styles mashed up by the time I'm finished.

Damn, nobody is disappointing! Got this little one from Andy Perez at the new shop Allied in Bushwick when I was back a couple months ago visiting. Bad cell phone picture, but you get the idea. First one above the collar, d'oh!
