    Hi from Italy

Yes, I'm really happy with my initial concept and I truly like the work of the artist, so I'm almost sure I will not get disappointed. I guess doing the first tattoo is a little bit like losing virginity or jumping from an high diving-board, you make a lot of thoughts about it, there's always this dialectic between regretting and not regretting the design but then I guess the more you get tattoed the easier is for you to get a new one. Looking forward to publish here the picture of the work in a couple of weeks!

    Friday 13th Tattoos

I was another not-Friday-but-on-the-13th baby! I've thought about a Lucky 13 tattoo, but I don't think that I want to give the superstition any more attention than it already gets. I may change my mind on this soon, though.

  11. My artist used opaque gray in this Tie-Fighter Pilot. This is a large piece and the gray definitely helped to keep it from being too heavy. Whatever you decide.....good luck with it! http://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/general-tattoo-discussion/15-latest-tattoo-lowdown-page838.html#post122496

  12. funny thing Matt had no idea about the reference and had only seen 'bits and pieces' of the movie - it wasnt one of the flash pieces he did - also funny is that Matt also did both of my caddyshack rib shots without ever seeing that movie lol

    Friday 13th Tattoos

How about Saturday the 14th? :p (that was a cheesy farce movie, right?) Since I can never open the "Latest tattoo lowdown" thread on any PC or with any browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome) I'll have to post my Saturday tattoo here. Bomber nose art pinups have always been really cool looking to me. I had Waylon Hart create one for me and he did even more than I expected with her Japanese leg sleeve, plus the clouds and lightning. One day old between changing the wrapping. Her skin colors will soften after healing.

    Latest tattoo lowdown.....

Thanks @hogg! Nothing like being told by your tattooer that you sat great at the end of a session like that.

  16. I had a couple of jammers done by Franklin Reeves at The Pearl Harbor Gift Shop on Thursday. Awesome guy. It had been a few months since my last tattoo, and it felt good *you know what I mean* to get back to it. I'm running out of room on my lower right leg. Hopefully getting a larger piece done on my thigh in the near future. Franklin did the cat and the chalice. Other visible work my Tim Pausinger (The Pearl), Franz Stefanik (Okey Doke), Mario Desa (Great Lakes) Chad Koeplinger (Rock of Ages), and Glennie (The Pearl).
