Upper inside of the arm tonight. Feels like burning. With Greg Whitehead, as usual! A fun panther-leopard with a Tibetan shell. Starting to close in on it with this arm. Room for two modest/smallish pieces and then just filler after that. Crazy.

Couple of little Bonji on the shins done by Benjamin Toner, at Sacred Art, Manchester. Lovely way to finish out the year, cant beat some nice Bonji!

Can we perhaps cease with the derogatory tattoo terms?

Nowhere near any of you with running, but as mentioned earlier I picked up running on a whim after reading about the C25K programme on here...swapped to zombies run 5k in the meantime as that's a bit more fun to listen to, but rather proud to say I'm still on it! I decided that I'll reward myself with kicking off the next tattoo once I've done my first 5k run....makes a rather good incentive I noticed, haha! Just completed week 6, so not too long to go anymore I hope...

I went out and got this and the Scott Walker/Sunn O))) record on the same day and still haven't listened to the latter because of what @Graeme says about Swans. But I've listened to the Taylor Swift album a ton. I know it's Okay To Like Pop Music again, but I'm still glad you pushed the boat out on this one. I also liked the Fucked Up record, and The Both. Otherwise I've been pretty ignorant of what's happened this year. The Singles Jukebox usually steers me right re: singles. This is embarrassing, but I don't really know how to find music since my favorite record store in Boston closed...I think 2/3 of what I own came from there. I don't like downloading and I don't like streaming. I guess I need to get out to shows more often and figure out how to listen to the music instead of thinking about how much I hate people who text constantly.

Hot Stuff riding, well, anything really. Not really new but Hot Stuff is never going out of style. But for 2015, Hot Stuff will be facing backwards, for the individual.

Just got done with my chest/half sleeves from Horitomo at State of Grace. Took me a couple of years to get it all done since I had to fly there and book back to back sessions. First, here is a pic of my fucked up tattoo that I got when I was 18. Horitomo touched it up and incorporated it with his art. Hahaha, I like you. I saw Neurosis and Godspeed You Black Emperor in January--I've seen Godspeed many times, though never Neurosis even though I've been into them for a long, long time--and the people at the show kind of ruined it for me. The thing with Godspeed locally is that for a lot of people they're a band who's shows you want to be seen at to establish some kind of douchebag credibility so a ton of people there were there for seemingly no good reason, which meant that when Neurosis was playing I got stuck behind a guy who was completely wasted and taking pictures of the band through the bottom of his empty plastic beer glass, and then when he finally staggered away, he was replaced by a dirty, dirty hippie couple where the dude had dreads that smelled like dead things and a Greenpeace t-shirt, and they spent the rest of the set making out. For fuck's sake. At least I managed to wrangle backstage access for Godspeed so I could watch the band play without being distracted by idiots. Fenriz said something once to the effect of how for him music isn't about the live experience but rather is about the relationship between him and his headphones or his speakers and the record or tape he's listening to and I think he's on to something here.

I feel like you and @else get some sort of Lifetime Achievement award for Doing It Right. Much respect to you for diving in headfirst.

I think whatever my wife chooses to get in 2015 is going to be very cool and she's a girl.

Man, i can't imagine running on a hard surface in 5 fingers. I have a pair that i use for kickboxing and the gym but every time i even walk on concrete i just think "these things are never hitting the road".

Spaceships, skulls and spiders, maybe. Definitely spaceships, there should be more girls with spaceship tattoos! Anyway, welcome :-) Are you looking for ideas for yourself? Anything to show yet? We're always curious here...

I'm always a bit skeptical about this stuff but I looked up the app and saw that one of the features is on Eddy Deutsche. Unfortunately my phone is too old to use the app, but if you're going to have cool people like Eddy in there then I wish you the best of luck.

You are going to love the Carpe Vita in Maldives. My wife and I had an amazing time on that boat last January. Below is the video I made from the trip. Divers on the boat were joking the mantas got close to me because of my manta ray tattoos.

Small burning ? devil by Marc Nava at Da Vinci Tattoo

Those of you who follow Lee M Knight have probably already seen this one I got from him a few weeks back but here it is anyway. Done at Cult Classic Tattoo on my trip to England. Was a ripper bloke to get tattooed by and he went out of his way to make this tattoo happen!

Just got back to the hotel in Oslo after having Marius Meyer blast me for 4 hours or so. Shout out to @Iwar for being an awesome tour guide, host, driver... really the only way he could have made me more welcome is by offering some hand relief. Maybe on the next trip!

Chipped away a few more hours on my back. I think we're pretty much done the black shading, I think there's some greys to do in the water still, we still have to figure out the scales or patterns on the snake, but we're making progress. All work, as always, by Dave Cummings of PSC Tattoo.

Had a few hours on my back yesterday. Worked on background was a good session, everyone at Sugarahack is so friendly. I had a chance to listen to the first couple episodes of the serial podcast too, I'll admit , I'm hooked. Listened to a few more on the drive home. Back at it again end of January bring down the left side and hopefully move below the waist. See how it goes. I'll say it every time, the love handle area is killer.
