Here we go, done by Darcy Nutt at the RVA convention this weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, she is top class in every way possible! There's some weird shadows and lighting in the pics, cause they do the piece no justice at all.

I got my first-ever hand-poked tattoo last night from our own @cltattooing: It's also my first scorpion. Let's be honest: I needed one.

A weird thing about this place is that you've seen multiple pictures of my butt before you've seen one of my face.

It's done. It's actually done. The last session was the worst one I've had to endure. Major touch ups to the wind bars/clouds, double lining, basically every soft spot got hit in one day. By the end I was definitely spent, but so stoked. Dana was very pleased with how this came out, and that makes me happy too. He wants me to show up to the Baltimore or Philly conventions and do the back piece contest. This took a year and a half, and it was an amazing experience.

Finished another session tonight. Just banged out the stripes. I am so psyched with how the face is coming out. Have black in the tail up top then color hallelujah ! Cork man you should be beyond proud of that thing it's awesome. Edit: sorry about the sideways pics

Yeah, the 26.2 is a little cliche. It's nice milestone and all, but I'd put the 2.62 sticker on my car instead! :) Congrats on running!

Almost finished 1/2 sleeve, and like it so much, decided to go full sleeve. Design being worked on and getting lines put on in 5 days.

Hi, here is a healed photo of the hell scene that Tim Lehi did on me last month. He is my favourite tattooer and it was so fun to get this piece from him. Went to see Steve Wimmer on Monday in Delaware. Took a little over 6 hours, my longest sitting. Thought I was gonna tap out but I champed it. Not gonna lie, the last hour was rough on me though. (Cell phone pic)

Ok edited to make it not so massive, we'll see if that works. Tried to get a head on photo to show the other side as well, but it made it distorted as it wraps around and looked funny. Done by Ellen Murphy at Lombard St Tattoo, Portland. As I said the other day, rad shop, Ellen was awesome, great day all around. Picked off the wall from a Stell sheet, mostly healed now.

Got this from Timothy Hoyer last month. Really stoked about getting a tattoo from one of my absolute favorite tattooers.

Yesterday did four-plus hours of blasting black on my arm with Seth Wood, guesting at Memoir this week. Three more sessions to go. Can't wait for color. I like getting tattooed, the pain and everything. Is that weird?
