Yes and is often the case I think the little lady is right , particulary in respect to your leg day .Quite a lot of powerlifters do sprints after legs but I think this is more of a flushing exercise, and they are using a periodization system probably very similar to the athletes mentioned above .However if you're using GVT or high-intensity pushing failure and beyond with high reps the notion of doing anything after such work-out is a pipe dream .I think "squat and leave " has already been mentioned in this thread but I would even extend it further by hitching a ride , or walking to the gym so I didn't have to drive after a honest leg session .

You could get a moustache on the inside of one of your fingers then you could pretend you have a moustache when really you don't, would be awesome at the tables.

Funny enough, that's one of the options, I bet you could guess the other 2 as well. If only the funds permitted... Plus healing 3 tattoos seems awful.

I actually met a chick a few weeks ago that has been using one of those creams. Her tattoo is faded. It's not faded much, but it is faded. She said it hurts pretty bad when you put the cream on, and that essentially it's just a very acidic cream that burns away your skin I guess. If you get the cream on non tattooed areas of skin it lightens that too, she's got weird patches around the tattoo. By the look and sounds of it, it's going to take a long fucking time to get it light enough to cover (it's a big tattoo with lots of solid areas). She thinks laser is too expensive and painful but in the end it's probably way more worth the higher up front cost of laser to get it done quickly and more efficiently.

Chris Smith (Deluxe Tattoo) did this on me a little over two weeks ago... More or less healed now, bar some of the red on the kneecap still being a little raised up.

I'd put that up there for best metal release this year....also, for worst album cover.

So one of my Brothers was getting divorced, and as part of the settlement, he had to pay his ex $200 to get his name, which she had tattooed on her shoulderblade, covered up. No big deal. He gave her the money, they got divorced, all is well. A few months later, we see her at a party, and she asks do we want to see the cover-up? Sure! Instead of covering his name, she had gotten a tattoo of a dog with it's leg lifted alongside it, pissing over it. One of the best tats I've ever seen!
