Tigers... Richard's to be specific, and I tossed his latest Tiger-Shark in too... He can never get tired of the big cats... I have soo many Pantera Pardus, and Leopard heads, and hyena's... But he always comes back to the tiger.

  4. I saw a dude get the nazi ss on his thumb a couple days ago. He's pretty heavily tattooed including his face. It did look bad ass but I would never get something like that. Nazi shit is a little too far for me. I don't currently have any super offensive stuff like that. I do however own these pants which get me all kinds of crazy looks.

  15. Besides the actual tattoo, of course, is a few days after being tattooed. The shower when the majority of peeling occurs. Like a badass motherfucking butterfly. There should be a sacred war cry for this point in a tattoos life.

  21. That's actually Crowley by way of Rabelais, not LaVey. Moreover, that quote is super misused/misunderstood, by "what thou wilt" Crowley was referring to the Thelemic concept of one's "True Will" or your "calling." So in essence, what that quote really means is "Find/follow your path," not "Do whatever you want."

  28. Wow, you fuckers are strange. LOL. j/k. I had one the other night. Long story short, I was tattooing flames on this guy, I got done, went to bandage the tattoo and noticed the flames were real. The fucking guy was on fire and instead of trying to put him out, I screamed and ran, but there was no door to the shop, so the guy just chased me around until I woke up. I actually woke up, and jumped out of bed trying to find the door. Then I started laughing my ass off.

    Tattoos in films

I know many of you are film lovers but there doesn't seem to be a thread about tattoos in films....I decided to start with my favourite from 'Eastern Promises' (this picture doesn't include stars on each knee that he had in the film, as far as I remember) I don't think people realize that most tattoos you see in the cinema are the work of theatrical make-up artists....I think they've made a good job on Viggo and those tattoos are also very important to the film plot as we realize that we are dealing with real Russian mafia, not some plain criminal...and that there is some tragic history behind each of those marks.... Anyone has a favourite tattoo from a film? Or maybe an opinion on how tattoos are represented by the movie industry? And why is there so much TRIBAL?? In the era of HD TV and digital cameras the excuse that some tattoos don't film well and it's best to use bold black designs is no longer enough to justify all those designs!

  31. About 5 or 6 years ago, I saw this incredible sleeve (not something I would wear) but still awesome. I think it was by Chad Soner, but I could be wrong. It was a piece of pizza nailed to the cross and then a bunch of zombies eating Jesus. I wish I could find a pic of that thing, it was bonkers.

    Food and Drink list

Making home-made baked beans again. This is supposed to serve about 8. 1. Sliced onions (3) and smoked paprika (1 heaped tsp) in oil in a pan - soften 'em up. 2. Add cannelini beans (6 tins, but to be honest I've used less without a problem). On this occassion I used 2 tins of black beans and the rest as suggested. Juices from the tins too... Then 2 tins of chopped tomato. 3-4 bay leaves too. 3. If you've got dried chillis then you can add them now, having soaked 'em in boiled water to loosen them up. Failing that, I used a chipotle hot sauce. Also add salt and pepper. 4. Bring to a simmer and let it cook, having stirred it well, for 1.5 hours. Tricky to let it cook this long without mashing the shit out of the beans when you stir it from time to time. Some of 'em inevitably split on me too. 5. Meanwhile, phase two: 4 slices of bacon, 125g of cheese and about 200g of breadcrumbs in a blender... Whizz them up and then when you're done with the beans this breadcrumb/bacon/cheese mixture is spread on top. 6. Pop the whole lot in an oven until the top is golden brown and crispy and the bacon is cooked and that's it. It's a modified Jamie Oliver recipe. He may cry a lot on T.V but his recipes are sound, IMO.

    Tattoo Nightmare!

I had a weird one a few weeks ago where I was applying some lotion, or something like that, to my leg...Then the colour slowly started coming out of my tattoo, but only the shading. I kept rubbing, and, eventually, I only had the outline left (which, for some reason, was unaffected). I remember thinking "Shit, we have to do all the shading again." I woke up startled.
