Buying a king size print from one of your favorite artists, getting it framed properly, hanging it on your wall and taking two steps back. I´ve been staring at the original hanging by Marius´ station for hours while getting tattooed, so when he decided to make giclee prints of it I had to rape my wallet and buy one. Stoked!8 points

This is circus strongman/tattooed man Rasmus Neilsen; aka the Tattooed Wonderman or Tough Titty. He directly influenced my mentor Jack; and by default me. You can see the Pharaoh's Horses on his chest but the rest is harder to make out. The photo was taken in 1948 by a very young Stanley Kubrick. They're selling prints for $250.... I might have to buy one!5 points -

Stomach wasn't bad. Chad has a really even hand and made it as painless as a stomach tattoo can be. We have a little left to go, but after a few hours we had to tap out.2 points -
Tattoo revenge
pintindola reacted to dari for a topic
Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent. She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it. Apparently, Ryan found out that Rossie had cheated with a long-time friend of his, but instead of confronting her about it he acted like everything was normal and hatched a plan for revenge. Originally, Rossie tried to have Ryan charged with assault, but the ingenious tattoo artist had covered his bases by plying Rossie with wine and tequila shots and getting her to sign a consent form that stated the design was “at the artist’s discretion.” No word from Rossie on whether the illicit night of passion with Ryan’s friend was worth it. Moral of the story? Never cheat on a tattoo artist. Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH was...1 point -

ok, just for fun: I'm mostly talking quality of tattoos being put out, but I suppose we can also consider art collections, amenities etc. I'm gonna start out with some of my favorites from the US only. (I wouldn't even know where to begin if including shops beyond) Black Heart (not just because this is Scott's forum either) King's Ave Smith St Slave to the Needle Immaculate1 point -

What's your longest tattoo session?
Gregor reacted to ThaliaCamille for a topic
Set a new personal best last session. 4 and a half hours, and I could've kept going (stopped because I ran out of money). Lidocaine is a hell of a drug.1 point -

In my mission to secretly become the norwegian eqivalent of @hogg I´ve decided to rip off all his tattoo ideas, shave my head and grow a beard. My beard-growing abilities aren´t up to par yet, despite me turning 30 in three weeks, but I managed to steal one of his filler idea´s the other day. Worst thing is I even ripped off the placement, haha!1 point

My boss (Jack Witt) used to zap at a couple of different spots on the Pike (Lee Roy's, Long BeachTattoo) and has a killer scrapbook of vintage photos and business cards. I scanned all of them the other day. Being an ex-HA(apparently not an easy club to quit) and working on the Pike in the mid 70s, he has a boatload of great stories. I can't give ALL of the gems away, but here's some decent ones I can post.1 point
