Any ideas who built this?

Trying to figure out who is the builder of this machine. I bought it with several other machines and they were all Workhorse Irons and one Micky Sharpz but this one I can't identify. If anyone has the answer to my question I would thoroughly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
