First color tattoo

Tattoo started peeling and part of it now looks like this. Almost like there is the yellow coming through the blue now. It seems like to me from the color my artist went over the eye in yellow then did blue over it which is now coming through after the peeling. Is this normal? If not can it be fixed?

how long ago did you have it done ?  if it's less than 6 weeks, then it's still healing.

 

it looks pretty fresh, so let it heal.
