Its my first Tattoo and i think its bad work . or not?

Art is subjective, so I would only address what appears to be the application itself. Not horrible but not particularly great, either. 

The design is pretty dark to begin with. I'm assuming you brought the picture to the artist and asked for him/her to reproduce it? 

Is this a cover?

What don't you like? It looks about like the pic, although I agree with @sstu about the application. How long have you had it? Search on tattoo regret. It's VERY common for someone to initially regret getting a tattoo. If it's new there is NOTHING you can do until it heals, so sit back, relax, take care of it, and let it grow on you.

I like the tattoo, I made it around month ago, but many people are saying that it's very bad made, and I use to think about it a lot.

He says it is his first tattoo, so probably not a cover. 

The application looks a little dodgy to me, too. Just let it heal and get on with your life.

Also, maybe don't get your own drawings tattooed on you. They don't really work, which is why you should always find a competent artist who can redraw your idea.

I'd just get more, better tattoos. Don't worry about it. At least it doesn't look like this:
