 I got this tat done and it looked great but now I see really thin lines and a lot of fading

It looks like it's still healing. Too soon to tell

Also, quit putting so much stuff on it. It is waaaaay too shiny. That means you are over-applying.

You're fine, it's all part of the tattoo healing aftercare process. Tattoo looks great!
