Ink Blowout or Healing?

About a week ago I got the outline and shading done on my tattoo. I was looking at it yesterday and noticed that it looks blurry or like the ink slightly leaked from the outline?

These are mainly on my scars, I'm getting this tattoo over a large amount of self-inflicted scars. Some of them became raised and swollen after the tattoo. The rest of the tattoo looks great but it looks blurry on the scars. Is this just part of the healing process because of the scarred skin or is it a blowout because of the scarred skin?

I go in next week for color should I worry about it or mention it to the artist? I've been applying Redemption to it in the mornings and at night or whenever it's really dry.

Thank you guys I just got worried about it as its my very first tattoo. Plus I have more scars to cover after this one, just want to be sure that it won't be a thing with scar coverups.

The ability to cover scars varies from tattooist to tattooist. That being said, blow-outs are a normal part of the process, scars or not.
