Tattoo color change help!

Hi there. I’m in the process of getting a full Japanese style sleeve on my left arm. We just finished the color on the large chrysanthemum on my lower arm and ended up having a misunderstanding with my artist. I ended up with a greyish green color on the inside of the petals, which I don’t like. If anyone has any advice on possible options for changing the color and what’s possible, I would really appreciate it.

that's going to depend on the ability of the tattooist who might change the color - but imho it can only end up quite dark

one way to think of it is three-dimensionally: the grey makes the green and blue pop out more, and the grey (being less important leaves) recede.

I think you should leave it. it will just end up darker and muddier.

if it's a little different than all the other chrysanthemums on other people, isn't that better ?

As SStu said, you can't change it much other than to get some real dark to cover it. It's going to change color more and more anyways so I don't think you should do it especially at such an early point of getting tattoo. I'd wait til it settles more and is fully healed before you become to dislike it. but it doesn't look bad in my eyes! just my 2 cents
