Blowout or Healing?

Is my tattoo blown out , infected , or healing? I’ve had it for about 3 days now 

It looks a bit like the scab in the light and looks more brown ish red ish as if it were irritated but I’d like an opinion

what is it suppose to be ?   have you been keeping it clean ? shit ! that tiny F***ing thing should heal in a few days.

did you do it yourself ?

wash it with soap and water,put some neosporin on it and put a band-aid on if for a couple days.

It will take  more than three days to heal. You won't know until then what the problem is. And please, don't ever do that to yourself again. Sorry, but that's just awful.
