Mishibizhu
Got this Tattoo in the fall and I’m just not happy with how the lines turned out. They’re pretty shaky throughout, and I just don’t know what to do at this point. Already had it touched up once by the same guy, and it didn’t help much. Advice would be appreciated. JAC1961
Ya... that's pretty bad. I think I'd go to someone that specializes in cover ups and talk to them. And for the love of God, never go back to that "artist". Was that done in a shop? Mishibizhu
Yep Jac, the guy had done my brothers work and his turned out awesome. For some reason mine just got trashed. Dan
first thing you should do is never go back to that same scratcher. Hogrider, oboogie and scottyg 3 Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/8380-cover-it-or-fix-it/#findComment-142646 Share on other sites
Hogrider
You can't fix that. The lines stripes are uneven. As others said, see someone that specializes in coverups and don't ever go back to whoever did that. It's not going to be cheap. scottyg 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/8380-cover-it-or-fix-it/#findComment-142647 Share on other sites
SStu
Your brother must have gone on the day the tattooist wasn't high as shit. If I was going to try and fix that I'd find someone competent (tricky part) and have them make the black outlines thick enough to straighten them out. The yellow one looks to be the thinnest, so the trick would be to make all the black lines as thick as need be to make all the colors the same width - also balancing out the space between the rings.
