helloooo, need some advice

i got my first tattoo 2 weeks ago and the colour looks patchy on the rose petals, was just wondering if its part of the healing or if i need to get a touch up. Sorry if it’s hard to see. Thank you 😄

let it heal for 3 months before you take too close a look at it,

THEN maybe you could get a touch-up if needed.

for now,keep Aveeno on it daily,

enjoy it,

and start planning your next bad ass tattoo.

and stop looking at it with a microscope !  it looks fine.

Way too soon to tell. Just let it heal and get more tattoos.

Variations in color like that are what make tattoos look more realistic to me.
You wouldn’t want to to be 100% solid color. Real life color seldom happens that way in nature.

yeah, those 2 spots look to be where the artist is intentionally using negative space as highlights.

Those light areas are artistic highlights. The color seems to be in the skin pretty well, I’d be more concerned about getting that line work touched and cleaned up.
