Got my first tattoo! But..

Hey all,

First post for me here. Just got my first tattoo yesterday and was thrilled! Looking down at my arm from my angle the tattoo looks fabulous but when looking from upfront it felt... unbalanced when looking at the bottom half vs the top half. I'm thinking about going back and getting more shading outside the helmet areas.

Let me know what you think. (Its supposed to be a Samurai btw)

Welcome.

It looks fine to me, but it's difficult to tell from a photo.  If I were you, I'd wait at least a month if not longer until deciding on any changes.  Live with it awhile.

Leave that one alone and just get more tattoos! It looks fine.

right. You'll end up doing your entire shoulder eventually. You can tie it all together then.

LOL it's called "tattoo remorse",and we all get it,but you need to relax and let it settle and heal.

Take a deep breath,have a beer,and go on with your life.

take a another look in a few months and maybe discuss it with the artist that did it or another.
