Going clubbing with new tattoo

Hello! I got my first tattoo on Wednesday evening, and i plan to go clubbing on Saturday night, so over 72h after the session. Still, I'm not 100% sure if it is a good idea, especially because my tattoo artist told me not to cover it after the second day, and I'm kind of worried about going out with it uncovered and exposed. Can you tell me if it's safe to do it? And if i should cover it for the night? 

 

Also, sorry if I'm not using the forum right, I'm not an english speaker and I may have misunderstood it. Anyway, thanks in advance for your help !!

It's a word in the back of my arm, just above the elbow, so not that big.

You should be fine...don't re-wrap it. Keep it as clean and dry as possible (keep nasty sweat from other people off it). If you CAN wear loose, longer sleeves that would be ideal. 🙂

Yeah, try and keep it covered - at 3 days old you don't want to get it dragging through someone else's dance floor sweat.
