Healing slowly or infected?

Hey so i got a half sleeve done a little over a week ago and the whole tattoo has seemed to have healed fine expect for these 2 tiny spots near my elbow ditch who seemed to be still scabbed and red. Is this normal cause i know the ditch area takes longer to heal or is this a beginning of an infection? I tend to get paranoid about these things

A tattoo takes 4-6 weeks to heal. That doesn't look infected to me, but if you are concerned I would see a doctor. Is it hot to the touch? Does it hurt if you touch it? Is it oozing anything? Does it give off an odor? Those are signs of an infection.
