Help with cover up ideas please

Hi so I have the attached tattoo but I need help coming up with something to cover it up with as you can see I have had more done around it but wondered if it's possible to get anything onto top of the original. It's quite dark so I can imagine it's hard to get it covered. Thank you

I am out of my area of expertise but I would find an artist for a consult. Maybe you need some laser first.

Yeah, it's not overly dark. Instead of coming up with something to cover it, try finding a verified, competant artist whose work truly inspires you - and talk with them about possibilities. It would be pretty easy to come up with more geometric or organic pattern work that would nicely sit over that. A session or two of laser would expand those possibilities even more . . .
