I'm a very pale, thin skinned gal who also takes a small does of Prednisone which causes bruising (although I don't bruise THAT easily). I got the outline for a 3/4 sleeve and the inner arm, lower and upper bruised. A lot subsided but there are areas tinged blue under the skin, I'm worried it's a blowout due to my thin skin. My artist has decades in the field. It was done July 21st and was told to let it heal more. Also, if it IS a blowout, would the color filled in also seep into the skin around it? It seems like it would even though other foruns say otherwise. Thanks in advance.

It kind of does look like a blowout. There’s not much you can do when this happens. Maybe get it colored to hide it. Either way wait a couple of more weeks and continue to take care of it. Post a pic in about 4 weeks or so to see if it actually is or isn’t.

If it is a blowout, wouldn't the color also spread under the skin as it's in the same area? It would have to be bc my skin is thin, he was very gentle!

Nope. Color very regularly covers black line blowouts, but color blowouts are rather rare.
