Tattoo aftercare question

Hey new to this site, not sure if I'm posting in the right spot, I just got a new tattoo 2 days ago, last night I put cream on it and went to bed, when I woke up my shirt was stuck to it, stupidly I tried to peel it off slowly, now the area is extreamly red and some areas look like I pulled the skin off..

I think all you can do at this point is let it heal and see what it looks like.

If it happens again, just wet the shirt and let the dried plasma soften and it will come loose without damage.
