Blow out or white ink healing!!?

Please help I'm very worried for my friend is this a blow out? Ten days past since day it was gotten...Tattoo still peeling and in the shiny phase...Face looks very cloudy and distorted..I was thinking maybe the way the white ink is healing?

That's not what a blowout looks like. Give it time, keep it clean, and try not to stare at it too much. Ten days is not that much time.

In my experience, the most common cause of the bumps is over moisturizing. As @Gingerninja asked, how old is it? Regardless, if you are moisturizing it, stop for a couple of days and see how it looks.

Everybody heals differently, but I wouldn't worry about what a tattoo looks like (unless obviously infected) for at least a month. You can't do anything about it anyway while it's healing, so you might as well relax and let it heal.

Yes, looks normal.  Just healing.

I tell my inexperienced clients to pretend that the tattoo doesn’t exist for a month.  After a month of healing, you will know what the tattoo looks like.  In between now and then, it will be scabby, flaky, shiny, milky, blurry.... that’s just the healing process.

I don't really see what you are talking about (sorry). Your tattoo looks "normal". Unless you are itching, it feels hot or starts oozing something nasty, follow you aftercare (don't over moisturize) and give it time to settle!

It's just healing! How long ago did you get the tattoo? Your skin will go through many phases of healing. It your tattoo is less than a month old, you need to give it some time. :) Breathe!
