Portland tattoo expo was in town this week. As always, it's my favorite time of the year. I have always had work done there and this weekend was no different. I am working on a American traditional piece. Got to meet Corey Miller. He was not tattooing, but had a good conversation with him. Cool dude. Been a fan of his long before he was on LA Ink. Here's my piece. A clipper with a rose. Be good friends

And yes, I see those wonky red lines on the ship. She added that afterwards. Oh well. I still love it. And believe me, those 2 red lines are the least of my current tattoos I wish did not happen :)

@66pens87 absolutely wouldnt worry about those lines at all - way too many people hyperfocus on details like that instead of the impact of the image and how it hits you in the gut

I didn't even notice the lines until you mentioned it. Looks fantastic!

Solid piece, even with the wonky lines. No worries, it's not really noticeable...if you decide you really hate them, it's an easy fix, just color them in solid red.
