suburbanxcore
I really like that, @Dan. In some ways it's exactly what I'd expect from Oliver, and in some ways very different, which is what happened when he tattooed me too. oboogie
Here are several of my American traditional tattoos. All by Joshua Henderson, except for the monkey with the skull. That one is Richard Stell. (Sorry I didn't crop out the non-AT tattoos.) You know, I've been wanting to get that Sailor Jerry skull and crossbones/heart tattoo for a while now. After seeing how cool it looks on you I just might have to now, as if I didn't have enough skulls already oboogie

Tornado7
You have seen these before ? Maybe I lean a little "neo-traditional". Edited January 5, 2017 by Tornado7 Dan and Devious6
tertia
Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but since this is the "definitive" American traditional thread... Who are your favorite present-day American traditional tattooers? Both well known and maybe not so well known. One artist whose style I'm really drawn to is Justin Tyler from my home state of Michigan. I love his super bold linework. https://www.instagram.com/justintylertattoo/ I also love Ashley Love! marfil98

PlaceInTheSun
Just got this guy on friday from Chris Marchetto. It's my first one from him and I'm pretty stoked about it. Got another appointment for next month. Also, not sure why the picture is coming out sideways. Probably my favorite right now is Steve Byrne, I'm always amazed at his creativity, crazy colors, and super bold lines. I have nothing by him...yet. And I guess I can post this here too. I got this Cap Coleman dragon design last night by Wes Garvick in York, PA. I've wanted a dragon for a while now and Cap does some of my favorites. MrToby
Love seeing these pieces and great theme for a thread. My contribution is this eagle I had done by Bert Krak at The London Tattoo Convention a few years ago. Such fast work and I love how it came out.
