Input on my tattoo idea

I was thinking of getting a tattoo that incorporates the grim reaper, a horse drawn carriage, and a setting sun. I wanted it to take up my thigh.

I was just wondering if the right artist could make this work, or would it just look funny because it would have to wrap around so you couldn't see the entire picture?

depending on the size of your thigh and the size of the design i think it should look fine.

basically, you want a half leg sleeve. that's pretty normal.

I guess the reason I was unsure was because my tattoo artist told me he liked the idea, but that I should rethink the placement.

He said because it had to wrap around it wouldn't look good because people wouldn't be able to see the entire picture without having to twist and contort.
