Elbow Tattoo Designs and Ideas

What do you have tattooed on your elbow?

It seems like for many years the most popular tattoo designs for elbows I've seen were stars, spiderwebs, and roulette wheels though lately I've been seeing some new tattoo ideas. Curious if the previous "three" were mainly popular due to odd placement, lack of originality or another reason? I've heard the spiderweb stories/meanings but know this is for a smaller percentage of those wearing them.

Would love to see some pictures of what various people have on here for elbow tattoos and also tattooers what they have tattooed. Tattooers, what was the best elbow tattoo you ever tattooed or got? For me it is part of a Dia De Los Muertos themed cobra half sleeve by Scott Sylvia done back at Temple.

I don't have a design on mine. We just used some windbars and cloud work just to fill it in so it wasn't just a blank spot. And in case anybody hasn't had their elbow done, it sucks. It gets really swollen and funny looking too. LOL

here is mine not the best picture.I had seen something similar but they had a star in the center.I don't care much for stars so I put a cross. Its about 10 years old.

On my slightly less hodge-podgey arm, I've got a three-eyed tiger head from the good Dave Wallin. My actual elbow is where the third eye is. Damn, sorry for the shitty photo.

My husband tattooed nipples on a guy's elbows so that when he crossed his arms it looked like he had saggy boobs. The customer thought it was the funniest goddamn thing he'd ever seen thought of or heard. He was sure it'd be a source of hilarity for years to come. Must find the photo.... hold please....
