It looks like a flower with curly lines coming out. Possibly a star gazer lily. Possibly a sea star. Looks muddy. Maybe it's a swamp creature.

Looks to be two petals with a small amount of filigree, the "squared" look of one leave leads me to believe it is a Hibiscus of sorts... looks more like a Boob than a neck though IMO!
