buckeyen8ive
Hi, buckeyen8ive from SoCal here. I've been lurking for a while now and decided to join to get some advice on a new tattoo. I look forward to all of your feedback. Thanks, Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/5073-newb-from-socal/ Share on other sites

buckeyen8ive
@ deadsp0t - I'm thinking of getting a traditional flash tiger done on my right rear tricep, but not sure if I should leave it alone or have my artist give it some custom touches of my own. It's the one at the top - Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/5073-newb-from-socal/#findComment-90831 Share on other sites
exume
Are you going to the tattooer who painted it? That design looks awesome to me as it is, I'm sure he will be stoked to tattoo it. Yeah, I'd be going to the guy who designed it. Is it common to have a piece of flash done as is? I'm relatively new to this. I see a lot of the same classic traditional designs like anchors, skulls, etc and always figured some kind of personalized customization was done. If he/she wants to change it it would likely be for good reason. A tattooers exp and advice is part of what you pay for, way more often then not it's best to take said advice. NateJ
That's great looking flash. I'd be happy with it as is, especially if it is painted by the person you are getting tattooed by. Who painted these? Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/5073-newb-from-socal/#findComment-91397 Share on other sites
hogg
You're going to Chip Douglas? Let him do his things. If you like tattoos, you will NOT be disappointed. That man is a badass.
