Edit LST email preferences?

Im getting email notifications when someone comments on a thread I've commented on. Can't find the place to turn this off. Help?

-Goto "Settings" in the upper right corner of your site next to "Log Out" and hit "Settings"

-Scroll down and on the left side of the page at the very bottom of "My Settings" hit "Blog"

-Scroll to the bottom and the bottom two settings should be the ones that need to be adjusted and fix your difficulty. If not, let us know and the tech guy can try to walk you through it.
