Thank you, Bali Singh : ) I drew that one at the Inked Hearts tattoo convention in Humboldt, CA. It was my conversation starter. People would come up to our booth and I'd ask them, "So... what's your addiction?" It told me a lot about the person, because some would say Facebook or YouTube... then others would blatantly say, "Coke!" Graeme
I redrew some daggers from a sheet of 1920s flash by an unknown artist that is in Flash From The Past. I had a lot of fun with this. And here are a couple of other things I've done that I don't think I've put up here. The hannya is from a couple of months ago, the roses I did sometime last year. marley mission, MadeIndelible, sophistre and 1 other 4 Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/166-how-about-an-art-show/?page=20#findComment-118230 Share on other sites

Shane Solusar Bywaters
I've only been painting a few months but here are some recent foxes I did, in two different styles. Both with India Ink and watercolour on Arches paper. - - - Updated - - - And here are a couple paintings I did based on Percy Waters linework from the "Designed By Percy Waters" book from Blue Letter Books. marley mission 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/166-how-about-an-art-show/?page=20#findComment-120407 Share on other sites
MrToby
I have recently been working on a series of narrow panels based on a variety of outdoors pursuits. Super fun to do these and figure out how to capture a scene through a series of windows. Synesthesia
Some recent art stuff I did for fun. The first one is a pencil sketch from the drawlloween prompts, they give you a topic for every day of October. I'm woefully behind, but really liked what I did for vampire day. The second one is an acrylic painting of different unusual crustaceans. Paint still wet in the photo, whoops. The last one is a horrible pic of a colored pencil design I did. EDIT: Damn, I just realized I posted an old pic of the painting instead of the final version. Some of the blue lobster isn't done in the one I posted. Oh well, you get the gist, not worth reposting. joakim urma
Some from the past year. I think I did them in this order too. Watercolors and black marker. It's fun to look back and see what you keep doing over and over again, and what you would do different now. Synesthesia
Crappy pic, but I did this recently for a friend who had to put down her dog Einar. I used Copic markers (you can see they aren't dry in spots) and pen. I plan on giving her the original after giving her time to mourn.
