katd04
I got my first tattoo about 4/5days ago, it is still quite sore to the touch and I am unsure if some areas are healing ok. Some parts of the black look like they have pitted into my skin (not sure if you can see clearly on the photos but in the bats and people) whereas the red looks like leather. There also seems to be a small amount of blowout on some of the lettering. Is this normal or have I messed up my after care? I have been washing it 2-3 times a day and using r&b hustle butter Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/12525-some-advice-on-my-new-tattoo/ Share on other sites
oboogie
Stop staring at it. It is healing, and it will be healing for a while. You cannot tell anything yet. Keep it clean and quit putting junk on it. Simong
Try not to worry, it looks perfectly normal for a healing tattoo. It will look strange for a while and will be sore, that’s normal. You will know more once it’s healed. It looks fine by the way. SStu
Yep. 4-5 weeks and you'll get an accurate idea of how it's going to look. oboogie, Hogrider, AlH and 1 other 4 Quote Link to comment https://www.lastsparrowtattoo.com/forum/t/12525-some-advice-on-my-new-tattoo/#findComment-157822 Share on other sites
