@RoryQ - cheers mate, I'll get pics up of the second session shortly when I'm not on a friends computer. Hope your enjoying Kyoto as much as I do bro!

@jayessebee - Nice! that looks like it would have been fun ;)

@jade1955 - those tattoos are truly excellent, but those waffles... damn!

Got this a couple weeks ago from Justin at Blacklist Tattoo in Portland. In a little over a week I should have another new tattoo to post and then three days after that I am getting my back piece lined and shaded.

For my one year anniversary I got the phrase "Feel No Cold" which part of the Native American benediction at my wedding, the full line was "Now you will feel no cold for each of you will be warmth to the other"

(My wife got "Feel No Rain" which was from the next line)

I started my first "Major Piece" yesterday. Chest Half sleeve, Japanese, I will eventually continue this theme into a full sleeve, but I have to take baby steps for my wife. Also, the dragon's full body will run down my back. Here are some before and afters. My next appointment is October 22nd.

I just got this about an hour ago at Paris Tattoos by Paris Pierides. The shadowing will look more gray as it heals, he said. Apparantly I was a challenge to tattoo because I was clenching up. I feel like I sat pretty well though, considering what a huge baby I am. It's the first tattoo I've gotten in a visible place. I think it was a good choice.

I just had this finished yesterday and I am so happy with it. The tattoo is by Xam at The Family Business.

The camera's flash really flattens the colour, so I'll post a better photo in natural light when it's healed.
