My tattoo addition from yesterday at the Veterans benefit at Broad Wing Tattoo in Bowling Green, OH.  Great participating in such a meaningful event.  They posted today on IG that they raised about $7300 for Vietnam Veterans of America.

3 more nails in the coffin.

Scythe action from today...

please also note the nineties tribal from a bygone age when things were different...

I like it and I've heard it's coming back into vogue at some point or other.

And thus the photos have been posted, it has now officially happened. My butt has been tattooed.  I didn't like it and I don't like the healing either.  I also was super bummed that I didn't get to go to the San Francisco Asian Art Museum

oiocha i love your back your lucky going to horitomoi love his and taki work did he use tebori

No work from Horitomo has been tebori.  I'm only there for one weekend every three months so we're going the fastest way possible.  I waited on his waiting list for 2 years before I got to come in to see him.  I understand his list is much much longer now.

I got this Filipino tribal collar/chest from Melissa Manuel at Humble Beginnings in San Jose, CA.

I feel so much more complete! This is how it was lookin'  before, after the two chest pieces from Walter McDonald.

Got a little Robert Ryan 2012 flash today when Josh had a cancellation. I need to take a photo when I unwrap. Forgot to take one before he wrapped it up.

Elbow on my left arm is next (later in August unless he has another cancellation before then), and we're adding some filler. Then my arms will be complete!

After taking the wrapping and bandages off. It’s complete, however you can tell the areas that have healed versus fresh ink. Looking forward to it completely healing and settling in.

Hard to get the whole thing in one picture. I’ll get better ones once healed.

It's been a good while since I posted on here so here are a few bits I've had over the last year or two, there are more but these are the only ones that I have pics to hand.

A couple from Steve Byrne

Here’s my progress so far on my sleeve from Bobby Cupparo @ LOVEMACHINE N.Y.C.

We’re about 25 hours in so far - I think we’ve roughly got about that left before the project is finished. I had (and have) ink fallout from black inks so my blacks usually need some touching up.

The lionness was the first piece of the sleeve to be worked on, and was recently worked on this past Saturday. The mandrill is a few months finished at this point. Everything usually gets touched up a slight bit going into each session to address problem areas.

I’m absolutely crazy for the detail on the ear and wanted to include a pic!
