Finished my crane arm with Yutaro at Seven Doors Tattoo in London today. Everyone in the shop is super nice, highly recommended! I'll miss going, but will try to have a bit of a break from getting tattooed...for now...

Wow, came out super nice! The white really makes me wish I hadn't turned down adding some to my crane. Might have to go back and get some put in. @omeletta By the way, I'm the guy with the deer backpiece in progress by Yutaro and Claudia you were sat across from for one of your previous sessions, hi.

@omeletta I love that! I especially love the way he did the water and smoke...

Thanks, I think it flows really nicely on my arm. Still very black though, I'm curious how it'll turn out once settled.

Hey @jubilantfawn, nice to see you again ;-) I remember your backpiece for sure. You had another session in the meantime, didn't you? You should write about your experience of having two tattooers working on you in the full backpiece thread!

Remember your crane as well. Wasn't that done by Stewart Robson? Was there no white in it, really? Mine aren't even pure white btw, but it makes them pop so much more. Time will tell how the colour holds up.

Had the touch-up work done on my eagle/flag on Thursday - figured I'd let it heal before I post a final pic. I'm hoping that my body doesn't eat the red and blue ink this time. My artist packed it in pretty well. So far, so good. He it one of the lines that seemed to fade a bit as well as a little black here and there - love that he takes so much pride in making it the best he can. I know he likes this one a lot - and so do I.

Had this done yesterday at 454 tattoo in Encinitas by Dave Kruseman.   There's a little warble in the line at the top, that was 100% on my twitchy leg, not Dave.  I'm super stoked about this tattoo though.  Probably my last of 2016 and my last American Traditional for awhile.  Hope ya'll like it!

If anyone is curious, Dave is a super nice guy, and happy to talk about winning the show/shooting the show, but also about just about anything else. Everyone at 454 was super friendly and helpful.  Great little shop.

Man, with the start of the school year, coaching xc, training for a marathon, and a million other things, I've been MIA for a bit. So many awesome tattoos in here. From the Noble frog and the Nava spider, to the awesome Japanese work from Brooks and a few others, I'm loving so much awesome stuff. That Chris Stuart chest eagle. That Koeplinger underarm blast. That firey girl head. Good lord. People are killing it.

I haven't posted much in this thread in forever. In the last 15 months or so, I've gotten my knees done (well, the left is started) by Grez, as well as a few pieces on my thighs. Once I get that knee finished, I'm going to update the squidpants thread and throw some of them in here.

Feeling pretty tattoo-flu-y, but I have a steak on the way, and then it's time to drink every water and sleep every sleep. So happy that we finished the areas that were the most painful for me during lining, though.

Couldn't be happier.

I was staring at this when it came up twice today on instagram, and of course it is on an LST member!!! Awesome, you are very much winning today :)
