Finally lost my cherry today. A great experience and I love my new tattoo.

Congrats on the 1st Tattoo and what a kickass one at that.

I had my first session with Alix Ge last week for my pharaoh horses stomach/abdomen tattoo. She did the lining. Unfortunately due to my schedule next session to finish it is only early February...

That's awesome! Pharaoh's horses on stomach is the best tattoo. I'm a fan of Alix Ge as well. Can't wait to see some pics!

quick question:::: that BHR buffalo i got, i wasn't so much planning on getting it black and grey because i am gonna get color traditional pieces around it. y'all think that it'll look weird with color tattoos around it?

i don't want a completely b&g arm (not that i don't love those), and am planning on getting some shit from smith st this winter to surround the buffalo. hopefully I'm sweating for nothing (as usual), i just want a cohesive arm! -- - thanks! ;)

Great tattoos will always look good around other great ones. Nothing will clash with the dark colour, but even if it did it would just draw the eye even more!

sounds like a plan! plus good artists will help you with placement and composition type of concerns - when i was at smith recently getting a piece from steve boltz i saw eli working with a customer and he was real thoughtful and patient in collaborating with the client about the pieces he was putting on her - they want their work to look good too - those guys are pretty cool over there have fun!

Wrapped up my collaboration back piece with Henning Jorgensen and Mike Rubendall this past Tuesday. I posted up a ton of pics in the Full Back Piece thread. So happy to have it finished and amazed by the final product! Enjoy!
