Another option is Dominic Vasquez at Flying Panther I've seen this cat rock out some good stuff.

There isn't really anyone at Guru that does straight up traditional or even neo traditional. I just did a spot there and my buddy Jeremy was doing most of it, but he's gone now.

Dominic gets down as does Rob Benavides, I believe he's the owner of FP.

Ben Grillo is also at FP a few days out of the week and though he's known for his insanely detailed B&G tattoos he's dabbling in some nice traditional as well... super cool guy too :D
