Should I be concerned?

Got my third tattoo on March 19th. It’s the first one that I can really watch the healing process of up close so maybe I’m overthinking it. But is the circled spot in the picture cause for concern? Incoming scab? No heat coming off the tattoo, redness is from shading and blood lines that haven’t completely faded.

 4-6 weeks to heal, longer if it was really rough.
