what style of tattoo is this?

I like this guys tattoo style but im pretty sure he lives in russia so i was thinking of buying some of his tattoo flash and getting it done by someone in the US. What would a tattoo artist have to specialize in in order to do this style correctly?

Not sure the exact style but i would guess someone who specialises in black and grey/ realistic could do it.

Yes, but the tricky part is finding one who is TRULY capable of reproducing someone else's work as opposed to some hungry tattooist who SAYS he/she is capable. 

Many/most of the truly capable won't bother to schedule an appointment to reproduce someone else's work because they are plenty booked up doing their own designs.

That’s true, I’m sure most would say they can do it but whether they could do it to the quality of the originals is debatable. If they are really good as you said they won’t be copying other peoples designs.
